   The prosecution would be crazy not to call her to testify, even if it is only a prelim....

I can't imagine them NOT calling Amber!


I don't know about the rest of you, but I will be glad when this all finally gets started.

I only hope that it is a speedy prelim and a speedy trial, (but not so speedy that both teams do a terrible job) so that justice can be served for Laci and Conner. And if it turns out that Scott is innocent, then the search needs to get underway for someone else.

The families and friends of Laci need and want closure... let's hope they get that soon.

   Amber will testify and what could it be that Amber will say that we don't know already ?

If Scott is held over for trial, then that will give LE time to try their darndest to find out who killed Juaquita Williams, age 4 and who was found in a swimming pool at a Modesto home on 4th of July 2000(?). ...and what happened to Dena Raley McClaskey who was employed at the Stanislaus County Court House and who vanished to no where? There are several other cases MPD could investigate while they wait, IMO.

There are many trials time consuming at the Stansislaus County Court House, Modesto which were scheduled far before Scott Peterson. So we must wait and actually that's okay by me.

I apologize for NOT following those cases. But I am following this one. I don't think it is wrong to want justice for Laci. Just as you want justice in those other cases.

10/30/ 03 1:12 p.m. PST: Scott Peterson's former lover is not expected to testifyuntil next week in his preliminary hearing, her attorney said at noon today.
