Scott Peterson's lawyers say the fact that a cadaver-sniffing dog didn't detect a scent means he couldn't have transported his dead wife's body. Prosecutors disagree.

The handler Mr.Fleck, with 20 years of experience described the method of 'leapfrogging' in a previous article, then why didn't the animals scent Laci in the boat but did at the bay? *(if the bay scent is true fact )

Prosecutors are basing their case with the scenario that Scott murdered Laci and dumped her to the bay using his truck and the boat. What's next? One more delay for the prelimenary!
