"Post Case over?"

Candy says the judge has given an "Order of Administrative Closure"

Is that like a summary judgement or is he saying there is no case.

2. "Weird."
In response to message #1

   Sounds unusual.
Maybe the parties don't want to announce that there has been a settlement or acknowledge that there has been a settlement, but do not object to this so-called 'administrative closure'.

In response to message #2

   The Ramseys didn't settle this.

It may have something to do with perceived inactivity in the case - that is one reason for those terminations - but it really has not been inactive. There have been motions and requests for continuances.

I don't think the case is over just yet.

5. "The story is this"
In response to message #4

There was a Colorado motion to quash the subpoena served on the Boulder District Attorney's Office by the NY Post. In other words, the Boulder DA was going to fight the subpoena in court.

Judge Miller ruled that the BDA had to give the files to the POST - and the Boulder authorities had a certain amount of time to appeal the decision.

There was no appeal entered so the file was closed.

The Boulder DA is putting together the documents to give to the POST.

The case goes on.

I guess I tend to forget that judges also make rulings within a case too.

7. "for the record"
In response to message #6

I have never gotten all the details on this case from anyone on the RST (Ramsey Support Team).

But I know as well as the rest of you that when the POST gets those records, the "other team" does too - - and I bet Lin Wood and the Ramseys are very very happy that the records are going to be released.

You see, the Ramseys have nothing to hide - never did.

They are innocent.

The records will prove what they say is true.

I hope this leads to all of us finally hearing that 911 tape! Wouldn't that be great?
