Missing January 15, 1999

LISA EUBANKS

Birthdate : April 20,1981 Age Now: 21 years
Missing : January 15-1999
Sex : F Hair: Red Eyes: Green
Height : 6'0" - 183 cm Weight: 110 lbs - 50 kg

Missing From: TEXARKANA , TEXAS, USA

Lisa was last seen January 15, 1999 in Texarkana (Bowie County), Texas. Lisa has her ears pierced three times each and her left eyebrow used to be pierced as well. Lisa was last seen wearing bell-bottom denim pants (possibly JNCO brand), a T-shirt with a jacket over it and a solid dark blue "Dr. Seuss" hat.

ANYONE HAVING INFORMATION SHOULD CONTACT
Texas Department of Public Safety
(512)-424-2812 or 1-(800)-346-3243

...........................................................................................

To SAM: from what I view Lisa is 6 ft. tall, 110 lbs. attractive and would be in clear view of a phony modeling agent. Kids fall for that line constantly...

It would be helpful for Lisa since you know more about her case if you could follow up and hopefully post information directly from her family since you have contact with them.

It would be extremely helpful to Lisa if we could bring her out of that still photo and tell of her interests, hobbies, music etc. and more than what we see in the photo and the write up.

Lisa is out there somewhere, let's try to help find her,
LadyBug

Ladybug I'm sorry I never met or saw Lisa Eubanks. She went to high school where I graduated from almost 30 years ago.
All I know about Lisa is she has been missing for years and is feared dead.
When I worked for a police dept that bordered Texarkana we were ask for help in trying find Lisa.
I was able to find out the last person she spoke with the night she vanished was a black male named John ******** who had a criminal record for aggravated sexual assault.
Lisa case was not in my jurisdiction so I provided the Bowie County Sheriffs dept the information.
I was later told John would not cooperate.
Lisa mother and father or deceased.
Her sister married and moved away. The only relative I have contact with is Bill Eubanks her uncle.
I think the heat should be turned up on John but it's not my case and I'm retired now.
Any suggestions??????

The neighber stated she heard a car pull up at Lisa trailer house around 12 midnight.
The neighber stated she heard the car door shut and the car leave.
No one was at home since Lisa mother and sister was not their.
Lisa's sister stated the last person she knew Lisa spoke to was a black male named John.
Lisa's mother and father had been divorced for yeras.
The neighber didn't look out or think anything about it.
Ever who picked up Lisa is probably responsible for her death.
I think she was sexually assaulted and murdered and buried in a shallow grave some where in a isolated area around Texarkana IMO.

From what I know about Lisa she was running with the wrong crowd and experimenting with drugs.
She had been in some trouble at school skipping class.
Her sister who is a few years younger than her is tall and thin also.
Alot of people got them confused and many siteings of Lisa were reported.
But it was her sister not Lisa.
Lisa has not been seen or heard from since she disappeared 4 years ago.
Her mother grieved herself to death and her father recently died of cancer.

1 April, 2004 Texas Ranger Jay Womack is re-investigating missing 17 year old Lisa Eubanks. Jay has several good leads to follow up on and I'm hopeing their may be a break in the case soon. I fear Lisa was killed and buried in a shallow grave. A person who was last known to talk to Lisa the night she went missing has a prior arrest of aggravated sexual assault. He has refused to take a polygraph and co-operate with law enforcement. With no crime scene or body and no witnesses Jay will have a tuff time finding Lisa. I will keep all informed.
The last anyone new of Lisa was late Sunday night the night she went missing. A woman living in a mobile home beside the Eubanks heard a car pull up around 11:30 pm. A few minutes later the car left and the woman only heard it come and go she didn't look out the window. Lisa's sister who was not at home stated the last person she knew Lisa talked to on the phone was John ########. John is a black male who has been arrested for aggravated sexual assault. A girl wouldn't put out so he held a gun to head and forced her to. I'm afraid this may have happened to Lisa.

I am a relative of Lisa's. She has an OLDER sister named Lana (Lanta?). We grew up together down the street from each other, though we were never close. She ran with a different crowd then I did, and I am not surprised that something happened to her (if this is the case). Regardless, nobody deserves this, her, her family, her friends. I didn't realize her mother had died, her and her father were divorced a LONG time ago. How sad.

They did a story on our local news tonight about her case. They said they think* they have a suspect and they think* they know where her body may be, but nothing can be done about it? That's CRAZY. I didn't get to watch it, but I have it recorded and will finish it tonight.

From reading these posts, and the rumours I hear, the name John is not one I have heard mention who may know what happened.

I hope something is discovered.
