   Bindner is still around and living in the same area from what I know. I am not sure what you know, but I do know a little about him and this case. Did you read Stalemate?

The book is out of print. I got mine used from Amazon.com The book is written by Profiler John philpin. It is about the missing girls cases and about bindner's involvment.
It's very well writen and explains everything that happened in detail, much more detail than on the internet.

   I went to school with one of the girls whom was kidnapped. This particular case makes me sick! I just ran accross a site discussing the case a couple of days ago while updating my website. This Case makes me really angry....
From what I've read they've got the guy but don't have the evidence to arrest him. I remember it like it was yesterday, the fear going through all the students --- at the young age of 8 learning to have to watch your back, looking at the posters! The parents meetings that parents had to go to, to learn how to protect their kids.
The Fear of playing in the front yard or walking to school.
Mr. Timothy Binder claims that he is innocent, and due to our judicial system he is innocent until proven guilty, however some of the stuff that I have read is almost like he is dropping hints... Though it has been 20 yrs and the case is still open I think it is time that someone solved this case!! Justice needs to be served!!!!!!!

   i have been working on this case for a while now well the jaycee dugard case and there are links to her and this case, there have been some imporvements in the case's lately not real big ones but some also there are a few people they are looking at and still have been looking at, They dont want to say who or that might make them want to watch their backs more but it has NOT been forgotten
