"TV ALERT - TODAY SHOW - 7:30 Monday morn"

Tomorrow morning on the Today Show (Monday Oct. 28th) they will show bits of Steve Thomas' depositions AND part of the depositions of Boulder police chief Mark Beckner and former DA Alex Hunter.

Watch the show - - tape it and watch it again. See what they say under oath about the investigation.

It looks like the Ramseys are fighting to get the truth out. They faced their accusers, they released their depositions, they sued Steve Thomas and now they want the truth to be told.

Let the chips fall where they may - - the Ramseys are innocent and fear nothing - - it is the BPD, Steve Thomas and other BORG who fear the truth.

And the killer - - I bet he is a bit afraid too. This could lead to an aggressive investigation starting - - and the end to the killer's freedom.

Let the truth come out. All of it!

(I know the grammar is incorrect, but what the heck!) are anxiously awaiting hearing Thomas, and the others, under oath.

I hope this is just the beginning of the release of all those depositions in full.

5. "Evasive."
In response to message #3

My impression, particularly of Steve Thomas, is that of evasion. They simply don't want to answer the questions directly.

Hunter was always prone to avoid precipitous action in the case, but he didn't think the parents were innocent--he just wanted a case against them that would stick

The body language of Steve Thomas was very interesting. I would love to see the entire deposition tape. Thomas squirmed a lot more in his deposition than the Ramseys did - that's for sure.

7. "a catty remark"
In response to message #6

Tez, a member of another forum, posted that she did not watch the piece and was glad because if hir had to watch another Ramsey infomercial hir might have needed to puke. In hir next sentence, hir suggested they all e-mail the Today show.

That truly epitomizes the BORG mentality. They don't read the books, study the evidence, review the transcripts or even watch the programs. .... but they have a right to voice their opinion - and they intend to use it!

Jerks.

9. "Producer's credit"
In response to message #0

Apparently those ignorant types want to give Lin Wood the producer's credit for that "infomercial" and are claiming that Lin Wood selected the tape segments that were shown by the producers of the Today show who apparently sold out their very profitable morning slot to create some sort of 'infomercial'.

10. "RE: Producer's credit"
In response to message #9

I don't know who put together today's program, don't know who chose the clips that were shown.

But I do know that most producers are not willing to let the subject of a story, or their attorneys, dictate what goes into any program.

I know in the Mills and Tracey projects and in the CBS 48 Hours programs, Lin Wood certainly had some input, but he was NOT in control of what was covered by the programs. It wasn't his place.

Thisidea that he is writing the scripts is silly. If he were, Matt Lauer wouldn't have asked the questions he did. I can think of a lot of other questions Lin Wood would have chosen - if he had the choice - which he did not!
