"To Boulder Police"

What are you going to do now,you have a susp locked up in your jail who's hand writeing matches the ransom note he was in the area when Jonbenet was murdered he is on a sex offender register for sexually assaulting a 7 year old child he is a burglar he also used a cord to assault a woman by strangulation his own mother he had a stun gun a poem and picture of JB he was at the one year memorial of JB in front of her home and much more.

It looks like to me you may have probable cause to arrest this man but since you have him locked up let's not jump into it.
Let's investigate him give him a polygraph examination have hand writeing experts check his hand writeing look at his alibi for the night JB was murdered and try to find out where he hides his goodies maybe with all this information you can obtain a confession if not develope beyond reasonable doubt and solve the murder mystery of Jonbenet how about it Boulder Police.

Well, they've cleared him then uncleared him this week, and even said he was a suspect, I do believe. I think they will question him, if at all possible, although I wish the members of this forum could ask him the questions instead. Erin Moriarity would do just fine, too. If Churchmouse turns out to be the one, she and her producer(s) should get a Pulitzer Prize.

I'd be happy to hold the microphone for her.

I hear that!! Guppy think about it just how many people do you think was in that area around the Ramsey's home could write a ransom note and the a's and d's and all the other letters match like it does with Oliva. There is no doubt in my pea brain he wrote the note thus he's the killer.

There is always a possibility that someone like Churchmouse is obsessing with the JonBenet case and is just mimicking the handwriting on the ransom note. Then there are those capital "N's" that stick out like a sore thumb. I would be easy to take this as a crude attempt to disguise his writing.

I would love to samples of his handwriting from around 1996. Erin Moriarty said she had seen old samples of his writing, and, at the very least, we know it didn't dissuade her from putting him on in prime time.

There is a source that said Churchmouse was eliminated by DNA, which I choose to ignore. If the Ramseys can't be eliminated by DNA, then Churchmouse can't be eliminated by DNA. I can't think of any kind of investigative technique that would, for example, eliminate Person A because his fingerprint didn't match one found at the scene of a crime, yet not eliminate Person B, whose fingerprint also didn't match. There is something funny going on here. How are the Ramseys ever going to get out from under the "umbrella of suspicion" if every good suspect that comes along is eliminated by a test that the Ramseys have already passed? That would mean the BPD investigation is a sham, which, of course, is why CBS did this story in the first place.

about the cigarette butts for years! The perp either smoked, or he didn't. If he did, odds are he smoked outside the house, and they were just thrown casually to the ground. The butts were gathered up with leaves. No grids done, that I know of....they weren't marked and photographed. Butts around the open basement window, or below the tree with the treehouse in it, would be of particular interest. So would fresh butts vs. older ones. If the perp smoked with the cig hanging out of his mouth, there would be a lot of DNA on it. There could have been fingerprints on them, because it's balky to smoke a cig with winter gloves or mittens on. If he was on foot and left via the alley, there may have been some in the alley.

on 48 hours, you would think there is enough to have Oliva take a lie detector test....ask for a handwriting sample......and DNA samples (blood and hair).

There was also the perp in Boulder who molested the young teenager while she was sleeping in her bed. The one who told the girl if he was going to hurt her, he would have already hit her on the head. Her mother ran him off, and later said he was hiding in the basement while waiting for them to come home and go to bed. The girl said he smelled strongly of cigarettes. I don't think we ever heard if they found any cigarette butts in that case. If they did, it would be a good time to bring them out.

I think it would be appropriate if the BPD asked this woman and girl if Churchmouse looked familiar.

8. "Get Lost !!"
In response to message #0

   We are in charge here.
We tell the FBI and the well-meaning Denver cops who volunteered their experienced personnel to "Get Lost".

We think the parents did it. We don't know if it was one of them or the other or both. The darn legal system requires that we have more proof against them before we can act.

We've done everything we can to get proof against those parents. We can do no more.

So go away and stop bothering us.

A bum in an alley! Egads. Ofcourse there is a bum in an alley. Thats where you find bums. Thats what alleys are for. If the bum were named Ramsey, we would be interested. Otherwise, don't bother us.

DNA? We have neither the time, the money nor the inclination to test the dna of half of Boulder or engage in any other foolish enterprise. The parents are the doers. They got away with their crime. If one of them confesses, we will re-0pen the case, until then go away and don't bother us.

Know pervert? So what. There are known perverts all over the place. You saw what happened during that TV interview. Some pervert who wants to write a book or something was yacking away with some dizzy broad from a TV program...then the camera suddenly turned on the BPD guy who was there: didn't you see he was almost sound asleep? Doesn't that show our level of interest in you annoying amateurs and your absurd theories?

The City of Boulder is not going to have bad publicity and the Boulder Police Department is not going to have bad publicity.

So go get lost.
