From the web page of Claudia Trainer:
I can't quote her but she has up a TV ALERT for 48 Hours.

Points out that it will air tonight on CBS

Times: 7 PM CDT, 8 PM EDT/PDT, 9 PM MDT.

She asks Neilson families not to watch and will make a list of all advertisers so the flamers who don't want the truth of the Ramsey case to come out can boycott those products.

Geesh - - if not for this case, what would she do with her life? Ramsey put her on the map! Prussian Royalty?

onBenet Ramsey Police Tape to Air
Mother of JonBenet Ramsey Denies Evidence Links to Her Murder in
Police Tape to Be Aired

The Associated Press

BOULDER, Colo. Oct. 4 — More than a year after the
murder of JonBenet Ramsey, an investigator told her mother that
physical evidence linked her to the slaying, according to a
videotaped police interview.

The interview, which is expected to be shown on CBS 48 Hours
on Friday night, is used in a segment called "Searching for a
Killer."

It was not clear who made the video available to the network.
Boulder police insist they did not.

During the June 1998 interrogation, a detective said: "If I told you
right now that we have trace evidence that appears to link you
to the death of JonBenet, what would you tell me?"

Patsy Ramsey replied: "That's totally impossible...go retest."

The detective responded: "How is it impossible?"

Ramsey replied: "I didn't do it."

JonBenet, 6, was found beaten and strangled in the basement of the family's Boulder home on
Dec. 26, 1996, hours after the girl had been reported kidnapped.

CBS will show another video that includes Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner confirming in a
November 2001 deposition that detectives regarded Patsy and her husband, John, as suspects
in the death of the 6-year-old.

Beckner declined to comment on his deposition excerpt, citing a confidentiality order.

Beckner said his office gave the Ramseys copies of each videotaped interview. He said his
department did not give copies of the tapes to CBS and refused to speculate how the network
acquired them.

Maybe it will change the minds of those biased people who make judgements without studying the facts.

5. "From the Nielsen rankings"
In response to message #4

At 8 p.m., CBS' "48 Hours Investigates" led the hour with 7.3/14 as "Providence" returned to NBC in second place, 7.0/13. "America's Funniest Home Videos" was third on ABC, 4.8/9, as "Firefly" finished fourth on FOX, 4.3/8.

I am SO glad - - let's hope that was just the beginning - - hope it gets the investigations kick-started.

7. "Leslie Stahl said...."
In response to message #6

(CBS) Correspondent Lesley Stahl gives her
CBSNews.com audience a behind-the-scenes
look at her upcoming stories on 48 Hours
Investigates and 60 Minutes.

Get ready to readjust your thinking
about the JonBenet Ramsey case.

I think you'll be riveted by tonight's
broadcast of 48 Hours Investigates, "Searching for a Killer,"
when we air never-before-seen interrogation tapes of John and Patsy
Ramsey. You'll see the police grilling them in separate rooms about the
murder of their daughter. And, we have new information and
evidence, including a possible lead who may have been ignored by
investigators at the onset of the case.

Correspondent Erin Moriarty - who's also a lawyer- interviews the
Ramseys. She spoke with them right after Patsy completed
chemotherapy for reoccurring ovarian cancer.

I thought I was well read about the Ramsey case, but much of what
48 Hours Investigates uncovers tonight is new to me. Erin also
interviews Lou Smit, an original homicide investigator in the JonBenet
case for the Boulder, Colo., district attorney's office who changed
sides and now works for the Ramseys; and Gary Oliva, a man, who
the Ramseys believe deserves greater attention from investigators.

9. "ratings"
In response to message #8

I had thought the American public was losing interest in the Ramsey case, but the ratings seem to show a different picture. The premiere of "48 Hours Investigates" last week had a rating of 5.0, so Friday's 7.3 represents an audience bump of 46%.

This is certainly good news for all of us. It means when there is more news on the case, CBS will have ratings incentive to put it on the air. They know the audience is there.

10. "RE: ratings"
In response to message #9

I'm a part of an online group for minister's wives. I told the ladies there about it and asked them to watch. The majority before the broadcast believed the Ramsey's were guilty, the majority of the ladies that watched the show now believe the Ramsey's are innocent.
People not only watched but saw the truth instead of just reading tabloid junk!
