"When Posting Information"
 
   PLEASE at the very bottom of your post before you PREVIEW, ( edit your post ) place a tick mark in the little box
" Check if you DO NOT wish to use emotion icons in your message" After you PREVIEW and your post is the way you want it click POST MESSAGE.

If you don't check the little box those icons might be placed within your post at random and possibly remove or icon atop a number , such as a case number of the child or a letter vital to your posted message.

I learned it the hard way when I clicked to view a missing child I had posted months earlier, there were happy faces scattered all over the message.

   It happened with Sofia's case number on my post the other day. But it isn't much of a problem since you can find her case in the database simply with her name.

   I have never had that problem but I will make sure that I check the box in all future posts. Thanks for the info.

   Mikie...we that are posting the forums undoubtedly know the URL to the database, however for many viewers they may not. IF for instance they have seen a missing child they recognize or have a tip to report, certainly a case number, phone number, or contact would be necessary for a quick report and NOT a post with icons covering necessary information...* See Ruel 3-19-03

   Momof6 Its okay, it happens. I tried to delete your last post of Ruel photo info ( cause its a double entry )and only add the case number and the phone numbers, state etc, however there is a script error in the entry, I was unable to delete.
Why do those icons show up? I really dont know but as time goes on if there isnt a check below on the posts seems more and more icons pop up in the darndest places. Something in the program I suppose...it's best to Preview before Post Message.
