He is alive and well and working on his case - Wolf v Ramseys

The final written arguments have to be in by October 1st - - and then the judge will decide if the case will be dismissed or go to trial.

The question: "Exactly how close is Jameson to the JonBenét case?"

The Answer: Not very.

I didn't know the Ramseys before the murder, I don't live in Boulder or Atlanta. I have met the Ramseys and other people related to the case - many people have.

Both sides find me credible and neither side trusts me 100% because I don't work for either side. I don't talk to anyone on a daily or weekly basis. I don't know what anyone is doing from day to day. It never seemed important to me and I never tried to get that close.

I maintain a large database and I am used by others who want answers - I have consulted on several Ramsey projects. Both "sides" call on me for documents and dates and names.

I maintain the forum so discussion continues.

I still pass tips on to investigators, and not just in the Ramsey case. Many times, investigators have taken those tips seriously. Yes, that has included some DNA samples. That was reported in the papers.

I am not very close to the case, just closer than some.
