"COLFAX"

Another interesting character. Tell me, what would motivate a person to steal a page from a morgue log? What could we make of that?

Anyone read his letters on the internet. Another character with interesting writing and a predisposition to begin his writing with words that grab the readers' attention.

Such as "Listen!"

If we could make something of the fact that one of the characters in this event used the words "and hence" in a Christmas card, what could we make of the fact that another, who stole a page of the morgue log (and wasn't he the one found starting a fire at the 15th street residence) began some of his writing with the word "Listen"?

Comments? Thoughts?

In the new "Behind The Music" on VH1, Stephen Tyler, lead singer for Aerosmith, uses the word "hence" during his interview. He doesn't look like a very good suspect to me. :)

Ditto JT Colfax. He seems to weird and impulsive to have committed a perfect crime.

For a brief history of Colfax:

He wasn't in Colorado at the time of the murder so he is not interesting as a suspect.

As a character, he is someone I wouldn't want to associate with. Taking inappropriate photos of dead bodies and calling it art is, IMO, disgusting. I feel bad for the families who found out later that their loved ones were "props" for his little pasttimes.

Stealing the page from the morgue log and turning it into an art piece doesn't upset me - - I know the stealing was nasty but if he had used a copy, I don't think anyone would think much of it either way. Especially coming out of Boulder where ceramic penises - - or is it peni - hanging from a clothesline made the news over and over and over again - - - but the museum that put up THAT art work had problems with displaying an oversized flag.

What a world!
