"Letter to LHP"

Are you aware that you attorney is filing an appeal in your name? I have to wonder.

I was pretty upset when NYL first filed the lawsuit - - it was a bogus suit, I think you knew it but thought - - "Why not? Like a lottery ticket, I could end up rich."

You were NEVER accused of JonBenét's murder in their book. You KNOW that.

You were considered a suspect - - you know THAT! You DID work for them, you were in the house many times, you did have money problems. Your name was discussed as someone who needed to be investigated. That is the TRUTH - - not libel, not slander. And not anything the Ramseys had control over.

I was 1500 miles away, never heard of the family before, but I posted very early on that the family was innocent and that JonBenét's name was not in the ransom note. That kind of behavior got ME on the same list - - I was asked to call in to discuss things.

You know what? It wasn't fun but it wsn't so damn bad. Not worth suing anyone over. Epecially since the actions that put me on the list were my own!

I am spitting angry at you, Linda Hoffmann-Pugh. You claimed you cared about JonBenét and her family. You have shown total disrespect and disregard for both.

Since you are supposedly undereducated and too stupid to have written the ransom note - - let me speak a bit slower.

Linda, you are scum. Real scum.

You know you were a suspect for a while and the Ramseys actually stuck up for you - - but you would lie about them to try to get money.

You are scum.

But I want to remind you that there was more to it.

There was a time when your family was turned in to authorities because a kiddie porn photo found on-line looked very much like your daughter. I know that to be true because I personally contacted the Fort Lupton police and Lou Smit and the CBI about the site.

The image of your daughter's face as seen on the cover of a tabloid (a story I believe you were paid for) was so close to that on the porn site that there was a 6 week investigation into the matter.

I don't know if that was your daughter or not. I think the investigation was handled improperly and while there was obviously no arrest, I will say I saw the images and I still believe the photos may well have been your daughter.

Regardless - - I have to wonder - - if you ever were to get to court with this BS lawsuit, could the defense bring up all reasons why you and your family might have been on the suspect list? Would the FACT that there was this investigation into the porn be allowed in?

Would you really subject your daughter to that?

For what? To defend a lie?

Has the information about this investigation into the child's face on a porn site been published or in the public record? I don't doubt you are telling the truth about your sources, but is this public information?

   it was on the forums.

I didn't make it public, Frank Coffman did, much later. But he was telling the truth - - and LHP knows it.

She was on the phone with Coffman when the Fort Lupton police went to her house. They told LHP that someone thought her daughter's image was on a porn site - - LHP denied it and the cops left.

After the cops left, LHP called Larry Schiller who advised her to take Ariana to a movie or something and calm down.

Even if LHP is unable to read and write very well, I think she is able to understand how some people thought if that WAS her daughter's image on the porn sites, the parents who had access to the Ramsey house might somehow be related to that crime.

No one said that in the Ramsey book - - but if this BS suit should go to court, it could be brought in - - after all, the defense should be able to show that the housekeeper and her family WERE suspects. And they should be able to say why.

Since Linda knows damn well that the Ramseys did NOT accuse her of anything - - since SHE is the one who went to national media and lied, I think she has a lot of nerve bringing any lawsuit.

More than that, I thik as a mother she has to be pretty heartless to want to have this other brought out in court.

Or even on the forums - - as is happening today.

LHP - - you had your time on the camera - - your case was tossed out of court. The judge told you the case was WRONG. Why do you want to continue?

Do you want to? What kind of parent are you?

In response to message #3

There are plenty of people who didn't get through high school who are damn smart.

The fact LHP dropped out and had a bunch of kids didn't stop her from learning things.

I agree she was too stupid to write the note - - I don't think she or her husband did this crime. But I think there is a lot more there than the cops wanted to admit.

5. "LHP was the perfect suspect..."
In response to message #4

besides access to the house and family, and knowing their schedule that day......she had asked for a loan, and was going to pick up the check after the Ramseys left. There was clearly a motive----someone that knew her and knew about the loan could have done the crime.....knowing that LHP would be suspected...and don't forget the materials ST said were carted off her property: black tape; cord wrapped around a stick; sharpie pen and pad of paper from the Ramsey house. If someone knew she would be suspected, they may have been close enough to know about those items in the house, and replicated them during the crime.

I don't think LHP was involved at all...not so sure about others in her circle...others that she may have talked to about the Ramseys.

I know plenty of people (especially older folks) who are VERY smart who didn't graduate from High School. I don't know who that comment was directed to, if anyone at all, but I, OF ALL people, do not assume someone with no diploma is dumb. Matter of fact, of all the incredibly stupid people I've ever met some have Bachelor's and even a couple have had higher degrees than that. Basically, they've spent their adult lives in school and don't know beans about life.

7. "AND"
In response to message #6

I have to tell you that my mail from college professors is FULL of gramatical errors and bad spelling.

Writers are TERRIBLE - - they depend on the editors to catch the mistakes. They just want to get their thoughts on paper.

And -- - if someone wanted to impress someone else, they might actually look up a few words - - wouldn't you think?

   LOL! I believe you.

I don't even trust the editors, though. I've rarely read a mystery novel without finding a "my" that should be a "by".
