The children were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Joyce Linda Murray Steyne and their uncle Stephen Kirk Murray. FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrants were issued for the abductors on January 6, 2000. They may be traveling in a red 2000 Toyota Corolla with New Jersey license plates HXV-65C. Joyce has a grey streak in the front of her hair and she has deformed ridges on her right thumbnail. The children are considered at risk.
