is very faint. It looks like it had been there awhile. Does not look fresh and is drawn as a six-year-old would draw it. Why would a perp bother to draw a heart on her hand in the first place if he was going to intentionally make it appear to be drawn by the child herself. If the perp drew it, it is an intentional clue like the words "piggy" and "helter skelter" were to the Manson family. Anyone leaving their "mark" on the crime would not disguise it to look like a child did it. That perp would want it to be pronounced, easy to see, and a mystery pointing to the "unknown" intuder, like the Boston Strangler's bows.

look anything like a heart to me. I wouldn't be surprized if no one had put it there and it was transferred from something else. Unless of course they know that it was drawn on there. But it doesn't look like a heart. However, there was supposed to have been a picture with a heart drawn around John (if I remember rightly) so that might have been where others got the idea that this was a heart too.
