John Fernie went to the Ramsey house early on the 26th.<P>He parked in the rear, went to the door on the south side. That door was locked. He saw the note on the floor through the window in the door.<P>He went to the front of the house and was let in.<P>Like Fleet, Fernie walked through the house - - and at that time - - very early - - he found the door to the butler's kitchen open. He did report it and it was photographed.<P>

I think the problem that this case had is that the BPD let people walk around the crime scene-- contaminate a crime scene.<P>Jams, will you post the picture(s) of the butler door and the door he entered the house?<P>
