Thanks to Guppy, I am now going to be able to see the CourtTV program that led to the lawsuit.
(Thanks Guppy - very appreciated)
I will be making comments.....
One being that Mark Fuhrman is on the program - - and I never liked him - - always reminded me of a weasel.

They are going after the "prime suspects" one by one - - John first.
So far they say he just acted wrong.
They say he didn't sit by the phone waiting for the kidnappers to call. Hmmm - - I seem to remember him answering the phone when it rang - - and with phones on every floor of the house - - in several rooms on the top three floors and one in the basement - - he was never FAR from the phone.
This is not damning evidence.
But Chuck Green and Mark Fuhrman (who is noted to have contact with Steve Thomas) have no problem with thinking that is bad stuff.
The second bad thing was that there was no great burst of concern at 10 am - - the time the kidnappers had written in their note - - they would call by 10. Well good grief - - everyone in the house had read the note and knew what it said - - NO ONE went ballistic at 10. Is that evidence that they ALL knew she was dead in the basement?
This is, so far, a typical BORG program.

... not because there is evidence against him, but because it is unlikely an intruder did it.
That's what they said - honest!
Pozner and Bugliosi pointed out intruder evidence - - Klieman said she'll get to that.
Pozner pointed out that JR had no history, no motive... but he clearly is not going to get through to men of no-reason who are with him on the show.
One nice thing Rikki Klieman did - - she told the Fuhrman that she didn't find it odd that Patsy wore the same clothes the next day - - she has done that many times herself.

Chuck Green defended John Ramsey - - said his background was thoroughly checked - - they spoke to all kinds of peoplefrom his past - -and there was NO evidence that he was apedophile orviolent. Said it was important that people know that. he clearly is giving JR a pass.
What is interesting is that we know they did the sameinvestigation on Patsy with the same results - - but Chuck Green didn't feel that was very important.

She was a painter and one of her paintbrushes was used to make the garotte (never mind that anyone with access to the basement had access tot he paintbrush.)
It WAS noted that any remeining cord and tape was not found in the house.
Patsy was described as obsessive about the pageants - - defensve about the small fortune spent on that hobby - and pushy - - while Jonbenét, it was suggested, was
company - - back later

Ok - - sorry - - had to have a "bonding experience" with two of my kids - - a very exotic and new adventure for me - I will describe it to chat friends later.
OK - - attacking Patsy.
The evidence gainst Patsy appears to be the note.
While she has notbee identified as the writer, they have not cleared her either.
The figure $118,000 (like John wouldn't know that? Anyone in the house had access to that figure as it was on all his paystubs and THEY weren't in a secure place.)
And supposedly there were phrases i the note that were special to the family. (That is bs - - but the program went with it anyway and did NOT (so far)point out the bits that pointed away from the Ramseys. OK - - back with more in a few minutes.)

Final note - - Fuhrman said the FBI told Boulder to go for it - - meaning arrest the Ramseys. But, he says, the DA didn't do it.
Anyone wondering where Fuhrman stands on this need only watch this show. Fuhrman is friends with Steve Thomas - - and it appears to me that disgraced ex-cops stick together.
Disgusting.

start talking to each other? Thomas said it was after he resigned....there was something Fuhrman said on Court TV that made me wonder if it wasn't earlier than that.

Obviously Fuhrman has not been schooled in death sceen investigations very well to go along with Thomas and state Jonbenet was hit in the head first then strangled. The autopsey plainly states the cause of death strangulation also the child was dead or near death when she was struck in the head with a blunt object causeing a 81/2 inch fracture that barely bled if she had of been alive the severe fracture would have bled more also autopsey indicates petechia hemorrhaging if the child had been struck in the head first and died then was strangled their would be no petechia hemorrhaging, so Mark needs to go back to school.

I remember Fuhrman saying Patsy had mink boots on. IMO, I think he was getting his info spoonfed from a leaker.
