The main objective and motive for this crime was to attack JonBenet Ramsey. IMO, it was a sexual, sadistic attacker. Everything beyond that is incidental. He may know her parents or he may not, but his attack on their daughter had nothing to do with them and everything to do with acting out fantasy material. Again, IMO, this person is completely absorbed in fantasy and self promotion and everything done in that house that night was done toward the satisfaction of these motives. This case has been in the public eye for years, now, and he has received a great amount of satisfaction from that. With the changing political scene in Boulder, it may only be a matter of time before he is arrested. Like Ted Bundy said, "Sometimes, I got lucky, and sometimes they got lucky." Maybe his luck is running out. I certainly hope so because he doesn't deserve all the rewards he gets from the media. He deserves to disappear from history like a tiny blip on a radar screen. He may believe that his crime has made him significant, but the only thing significant is JonBenet and her family. He would like to ride on their coat tails, but he hasn't got the stature.
