With Nedra already buried in the Ramsey family plot, and Don's grave committed to being in that location, it is a sad thing to observe that, if John and Patsy are themselves buried there, at least two of John's children, and Beth's own mother Lucinda, will not be allowed to join their blood family when the time comes. Thus it is that being buried next to the famous JonBenet has become a sign of status within the family, that score is being kept to show how those who are buried there were deemed to love her more in life than those for whom there is no room.

I hardly believe that before JonBenet's death, Nedra and Don, of the Paugh family name, assumed that they would be buried in a set of plots meant for Ramsey names, and paid for by anyone other than themselves.
