this case is going to have new eyes looking at it, is if Lin Wood sues, and there certainly seem to be grounds for that. Someone was also feeding the Governor slanderous/libelous information which obviously influenced his opinion---and to make matters worse...right after the grand jury refused to indict anyone, he went on TV to state that opinion.

I don't think Lin Wood makes idle threats. I look for the suit to be filed----the City of Boulder can't say they weren't given a chance. They just can't get past their egos, IMO.
