If their is no dna then theirs no case because their is not enough evidence to do anything. The palm print and pubic hair cannot be matched to anyone and I doubt they belong to the killer anyway.
The fiber evidence is week, so without dna you have nothing unless you can find the end of the paint brush on a certain individual.
