They are going after the "prime suspects" one by one - - John first.

So far they say he just acted wrong.

They say he didn't sit by the phone waiting for the kidnappers to call. Hmmm - - I seem to remember him answering the phone when it rang - - and with phones on every floor of the house - - in several rooms on the top three floors and one in the basement - - he was never FAR from the phone.

This is not damning evidence.

But Chuck Green and Mark Fuhrman (who is noted to have contact with Steve Thomas) have no problem with thinking that is bad stuff.

The second bad thing was that there was no great burst of concern at 10 am - - the time the kidnappers had written in their note - - they would call by 10. Well good grief - - everyone in the house had read the note and knew what it said - - NO ONE went ballistic at 10. Is that evidence that they ALL knew she was dead in the basement?
