I don't see any boat shape and I don't even see any consistency in the disputed marks that might be a boat of any sort.

Surely if sone 'snap' made those marks, then somewhere in this expert's office there is a drawer full of snaps that can be applied to an anesthetized pig and this 'boat' can be reliable duplicated.

Or did some expert totally miss the boat in his analysis of this case?
