For a period of about three weeks that ended the night before JonBenet Ramsey was murdered, the "Midnight Burglar" was entering houses around Boulder through unlocked doors, stealing credit cards and other valuables. A press release reported that the stolen credit cards had not surfaced anywhere. Because stolen credit cards have their highest value before they are reported missing, it seems curious that someone would steal these cards night after night, at great personal risk, and not sell them or use them. It is almost as if he was taking these things out of habit while looking for something else, like a stun gun, for example.

Now we have reason to believe that Churchmouse was engaged in burglaries around Boulder. The "Midnight Burglar" ceased operations the night before the little girl who Churchmouse would later express a desire to "build a shrine" for was murdered.

My question is, would CBS consider looking into any possible connection between Churchmouse and the "Midnight Burglar", and, if no connection exists, check to see if any of the victims were missing a stun gun. Also, it would be helpful to know if any of the stolen credit cards ever surfaced.

Hey, no one said the questions had to be easy!

edited to add:

My interest in the "Midnight Burglar" stems from the fact that he was the one person in Boulder who had proved beyond any doubt during the weeks leading up to the murder that he was capable of entering the Ramsey residence and moving about undetected. According to the press release, none of his victims even knew he was there until they awoke to find things missing. If my memory serves me correctly, at least one victim had something stolen from the nightstand right next to the bed where he was sleeping.
