I'm thinking the BPD should give us a reason why Oliva was cleared. It is not fair to let
him be accused of being a likely suspect on national television and the police not to give
a reason why he was cleared. If he is as sick as he looks, his family should stand up for
him. Does he have a lawyer? If he he does not, he should have one.

It would be very cruel for BPD to let him be targeted if they could clear him by saying a
few words. I don't think the police speaking up would hurt the murder case if he is not
gulity.
