Probably this was to distract attention from his client Miles.
Lee Hill does not seem to me to be very ethical.
His association with AIM, which tells a lot of easily disproved lies, enumerated below, makes me suspicious of his honesty.
AIM tries to discredit the FBI withpatently false information. Here are some allegations AIM has made about the FBI "failure" to investigate the murder of AIM members and the FBI responses.
This was a big eye-opener to me about AIM.
<a href="http://minneapolis.fbi.gov/pine_ridge_report.htm";>http://minneapolis.fbi.gov/pine_ridge_report.htm<;/a>
AIM claims that the FBI never investigated all these killings allegedly committed by a group named GOON, supposedly the muscle for the elected Ogala Indian leader named Wilson, that AIM doesn't like.
Actually, after reading the AIM allegations and the FBI account of the court cases, I doubt that GOON exists at all and believe that GOON is a fabrication of AIM propaganda.
I think that this Lee Hill is really a dishonest person, myself, who is out to discredit legitimate law enforcement and elected Indian leaders.
In many cases, the supposed AIM people killed by the GOONs really just died of alchohol, fights, traffic accidents, and other causes.
Certainly there is no truth to the BIG LIE that the FBI didn't investigate, since in most cases there were trials and convictions.
AIM is a bunch of liars who are trying to depose elected Indian officials by making it look like they have FBI-CIA sponsored GOON squads going around assassinating AIM members. IT is just a big lie.
I think that AIM is really a criminal/terrorist/propaganda organization that is trying to discredit elected Indian organizations and law enforcement.
Lee Hill represented AIM, so I guess the same goes for him.
