Yes they do! They deserve the right to view and answer the accusations.
The parallels are multiplying among the Jonbenet and the Danielle cases. We now have a mystery woman,claiming another grand-pa was a prolific molester ,grandpa Marple. There is no rebuttal,she can say what she wants,no investigation,as in the way of the White's mystery woman, to discredit her. This type of evidence,carries a tremendous amount of weight in the minds of many,and could be the determining factor between life and death. (of course our jury doesn't know,because they don't have conversations,watch tv,read the news,or live on this planet)
