Darnay has to respond by August 31sr. Lin can respond and has until September 30th to do that. THEN he judge ...<P>THEN the judge can take as long as he wants - - or as short - - to decide what to do. <P>If he decides to end the case - and I think that is the reasonable decision - then it will be over.<P>If he decides to let it go to trial, it will get put on a list and could be months before it gets to court.<P>Justice sure is slow here....<P>
