The attorneys are preparing documents to give to the judge - their final arguments. I believe they have to get them in sometime this month. <P>Lin Wood will certainly ask for summary judgment - to have the case tossed. Darnay Hoffman will try to press forward with his libel claim.<P>Hopefully this case will end soon. Gone on WAY too long, IMO.<P>The Ramseys honestly identified Chris Wolf as a suspect in this case - - they did not accuse him of anything. Never said he was the killer.
