I look at it this way.<P>If he is dead, there is nothing we can do to help him now. If that is the case, I hope SD authorities will find justice for him.<P>If he is alive.... that's where it gets sticky.<P>I don't think anyone has taken that boy for a bad reason and holds him captive still. I think most kids that are taken for BAD reasons are killed rather quickly. Sad but true.<P>Then there is the alternative - - the possibility I would hope to be true. That is that someone knew about his situation in life and decided to "save him". I can only hope someone who could not have a child of their own has taken him to their hearts.<P>Do I support what they did? No..... well, maybe. Honestly, I have known of cases where children should have been saved by someone and weren't. I can't say for sure this isn't one of those situations.<P>So I am not going to push to find this child to return him to his parents, relatives or the state. I can't in good conscience do that.<P>I hope he is alive and well and loved more than he ever was before.<P>
