There was an emergency broadcast this morning for Jeffrey Fisher, age 6, taken from Las Cruses NM. Abductor was wearing black jeans and black jacket, has a scar on his right hand. Jeffrey was last seen wearing white sneakers with "glo-lights" in the soles.
