I don't see any reference to a report. I don't see any reference to a MATCH (and I'll keep saying it until the cows come home: because there is no such thing). I don't even see a reference to CONSISTENT WITH. The most I can be sure of from this statement is that there were "hairs" they believe were sourced from John's shirt.
