I have to wonder at what point "Burke's voice on the 911 tape" arose, compared to when it was known that Burke was actually awake in his bed when the BPD cop looked in his room, and Burke pretended to be asleep. (poor little guy was probably scared, so feigned sleeping)

Is it such a leap that "Burke's voice on the 911 tape" was due to the Ramseys not knowing when they first talked to the police, that he was awake? That some of the BPD were bound and determined to find SOMETHING inconsistent and put it out there in the media? I'd like to see the report released that said there was a voice that said "what did you find?" Knowing what we know now about how things were skewed, it wouldn't surprise me it's all a big fat lie.

Too bad ST was so uninterested in the Aisenberg case---he would have learned they sued----and these conversations that were supposedly heard did not exist. I don't know if there's been a settlement yet.
