Apparently Rita thinks there were a few things the Ramseys could have done to "seemingly prove they were innocent".

One - take an FBI administered lie detector test.
Rita knows why they didn't take the FBI test - they wanted an unbiased polygrapher. In the end they took a test by a highly respected professional and passed with flying colors. That test marked the end of their public condemnation by Geraldo - - but Rita is BORG so can just ignore that test. The FBI/BPD test is all she cares about. What a maroon.

Two - she feels the Ramseys should have exhumed JonBenet's body to PROVE conclusively that the so-called Stun Gun marks were really a stun gun.
Yeah, right. I can tell you nowthat if the RAMSEYS exhumed the body, the BORG would scream they had done it so they might tamper with the evidence.
No - if anyone should have exhumed the body - it is LE. The real question is this - why didn't LE do it?

Third, Rita seems to think that if the Ramseys had not accepted the settlement agreement from Steve Thomas and his publishers - if that went to court, they could have - as she put it - " presumably proven their innocence".

Huh?

They were suing Thomas for the lies in his book - he refused to defend himself and the Ramseys were given a check to pay for the harm done.

Had the case gone to court, they would have exposed his lies - but even that wouldn't prove the Ramseys were innocent - not any more than had already been accomplished by Lou Smit when he released his powerpoint presentation.

Rita is really a Queen BORG - vicious to the max - but she has no standing in an honest community - not as far as I can tell.
