I realize that the interviewer wanted to cover a variety of possible uses, but I don't think the stun gun was used while JonBenet was asleep and if it is true that the duct tape bears a stun gun mark also, then almost certainly the stun gun was applied in the basement where limbs would have been restrained and not free to recoil from the applied voltage.
