Patsy? and then 2-3 seconds of the clicking keyboard) It seems that the tape goes silent about 5 seconds following the hangup and THEN Larry King speaks. Would the dispatcher's tape run longer than that following a hangup? I think the silence signifies the END of the dispatcher's tape recording.
