   We have been asked NOT to copy/paste the entire articles from the Modesto Bee into the forum.

In the PRELIMINARY HEARING thread there are repeated posts (same article) and without reference links. Please will you delete or edit and include the links???

   Sorry, I was posting the updates I get in email. They do not include the entire story, and have the link if you want to read the rest... I apologize if I inadvertantly posted the entire story, I will go check.

   Yes it would be so much help if we could keep the PRELIMINARY HEARING thread as a court reference thread, keep it as clean as we could then when we might need to look up or verify the news from the court hearings: therfore could we post comments on other threads? There are many 'subject' title threads to post comments. We will need to archive again soon.

   I went in the thread and cleaned it all up a bit. I took out parts of some posts, and then inserted a link to the modesto bee.

I don't really have the time at the moment to removed duplicate postings. But I will try to do it later when I get back.
