"Outstanding police department"
 
   MPD is reporting an 80% rate of homicides cleared for 2002-2003.

U.S.D.O.J. reports a national average of 66%.

That's some police department! (or is it?)

   MPD have had internal problems. They are not outstanding IMO, many cases are yet unsolved...(cold cases) and errors have been made. Try calling MPD with or for information.

I have had and family of victims have had similar experience,(shades of BPD) with MPD to the following poster in the JonBenet Ramsey forum and in many cases much more so. View new - member poster' Hudson 'introductory.

   I guess no one caught my sarcasm. What I was alluding to is that the MPB claims to have a better rate of closing homicide cases than most other police departments in the U.S.

We know that the mayor is in some kind of inquiry, what else is going on in Modesto?

Maybe they could share their "tactics" with the rest of us... we would like to know who is killing our friends and families too.
